Likewise, it has agreed to open an investigation into the real justification of these services contracted by the former security management and the responsibilities that could arise from them. This extra cost in the provision of security services amounts to 668,172.78 euros over what was established in the contract. The company was awarded the security in the municipal facilities assigned to Madrid Destino, as well as; as in specific events worth 3,514,454 euros for two years, from July 15, 2013 to July 15, 2015. During this period and, through the item of specific events, the company invoiced those 668,172.78 euros more than contemplated. The former security directorate made part of that payment, through an anomalous procedure that is being studied. The Board of Directors, once the provision of services has been certified, has today approved the payment to Alerta y Control S.A. of the remaining amount that remained to be settled and that the company claimed. Given this situation, the new financial management of Madrid Destino has to consider this unforeseen expense in its accounting, which will negatively affect its results.
